If a service you purchased fails to be delivered due to a system failure on our end, the corresponding refund will be credited back to your The Focal Media account balance only. Refunds cannot be issued to Mobile Money, bank accounts, or any other external payment method under any circumstances.

Refunds do not apply where non-delivery is caused by user error, including but not limited to submitting an incorrect or mismatched link (e.g., providing a YouTube link for an Instagram followers order), providing wrong account details, or any other mistake made by the user when placing an order. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued, as the failure is not attributable to The Focal Media's systems.

By adding funds to your account, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding the use and refund of credits.

Deletion & suspension of accounts

If, after thorough investigation, The Focal Media determines that a user account has engaged in any cheating, created using temp mails or violated these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account immediately, without prior notice. This decision is at our sole discretion and is final.
